Rule 124
Rejoined Police Service
To receive full salary and allowance after being reinstated: (1) If the order given to remove or dismiss a police officer from service is canceled by any court or authority and he is reinstated in service, such police officer shall receive full salary allowance and salary increase from the date of removal or dismissal from service to the date of reinstatement. If you do, you will get a salary increase. However, if a police employee who has been removed or dismissed from service as a fugitive or non-appearance is reinstated, he will not get any benefits for the period of absconding or non-appearance.
(2) If he receives salary allowance and salary increase as specified in sub-rule (1), he will get the amount of salary allowance from his reinstated post.
